Dear Dr. LaDonna:

Thank you so very much for the beautiful music you played. A few weeks ago before you came to the Christian Revival Center, I was seriously thinking about leaving my job. For the past twelve years I have worked with children living in the shelters. I love my job and the children are wonderful, but the pay is not very good. Life is always seemes to be a struggle because of finances. People are constantly reminding me that I have a good education and that I am good at what I do and that I could get a better paying job.

On Saturday April 11, 2003 you were playing your violin to each person in the meeting. When you began playing for me, the faces of every one of those children (14) smiling, laughing and running flashed before my face. They seemed so happy. I knew for the first time why I was there. I knew that I could make a difference in their lives.

I walked home from church that Saturday afternoon. A child ran up to me and gave me a big hug. It was one of those angels in my classroom!
