I have had a condition called adhesive capsulitus. My arm falls out of socket and causes scar tissue to build up freezing my shoulder. February of this year, I went to the doctor o have it ripped out. I have to wear a figure 8 back brace to keep it in place. A daily workout is required to strengthen the muscles and tendons enough to hold things in place. It has been so painful to even raise my arms to praise the Lord but your music touched me and I got hot all over and there was no pain. My arms were waiving as I began to dance. Praise God!
